How do I take my measurements?
Once you have made an order, we will send you a link with instructions on how to take your measurements, you may need to ask a friend to help you. We. have partnered with Size Me Up, which means the process doesn’t take more than 5 minutes, it just requires someone to take two pictures of you.
How long will it take to make my outfit?
Your order can take between 3-4 weeks to be completed. This is to ensure that you have exactly what you want made in your size and specifications If you have a specific deadline, please let us know and we will do our best to meet it.
Once I make my order, what will happen next?

How do I pay?
Once you approve the quote, we will send you an invoice to complete securely using credit/debit card or Paypal.
Is shipping included in the price?
Shipping is included in the price. Both the prototype and the final piece is shipped via local carriers based on where in Europe your designer is located.
How do I know that it will fit?
Our fashion designers and tailors have a wealth of experience making custom made clothes – that is why we have selected them You will receive a prototype before your final order is made to make sure you are happy with the size and style, and to make any adjustments if not.
Can I communicate with my designer?
Yes of course! You will have the opportunity to communicate with your designer at every stage of the process.
Can I see what the designers have already made?
You can see the designers’ previous orders by looking at our orders page.
Can I touch the fabrics first?
You will have the opportunity to discuss with your designer whether you can touch the fabrics first, depending on the request this may come at an additional cost.
How do returns work?
As each item is created exactly for your style and size, we cannot accept returns. If, on exception, it is agreed that the item can be returned, it must be returned within 30 days from receipt.
I have a piece of clothing that I would like to be made in similar style. Is this a service you offer?
Yes of course! Include a message when you complete the design my outfit form, or when you check out, and we will organise for you to send your item to the designer. If you do this, you will also be able to skip the prototype stage.
How do I make my order more sustainable?
We, and our fashion designers have access to a large range of materials. If you would like us to use surplus or recycled materials, just tell us and we will organise it for you.
How do I know my order is made ethically?
We connect you to talented fashion designers and tailors around the world. You choose exactly who makes your clothes, and they receive 80% of the price you pay. It is 100% ethical.
